Chapter RE, the affordable homes developer founded in September 2024 by Ryan Barnhill and Sam Miller, has exchanged contracts to purchase the former VASA Social Club on Rochdale Road in Blackley.

On 10th October, Sam and Ryan headed over to Leeds for the RIBA event for us to hear from the shortlisted parties for this year's Stirling prize. It's always nostalgic for Sam to make a trip over the Pennines because it's where he spent a summer on internship at King Sturge nearly 20 years ago!

Chapter's co-founders, Sam and Ryan, were delighted to attend the Quality of Life Foundation's Symposium at Freight Island on 30th September. It was a classic Manchester rainy day and one that we hope didn't put off the organisers from the QOLF hosting the Symposium up north again in the future. LandsecU+I provided the venue at their Mayfield development.
