Chapter takes a cradle to grave approach to affordable housing development. We lead the whole process:
- sourcing of sites and lead the acquisition process
- Assemble a best-in-class professional team
- Lead on design development
- Manage the planning process
- Maintain our management services all the way through the pre-construction and construction stages
- Co-ordinate the handover of the completed scheme to our partners
Chapter has been co-founded by Sam Miller and Ryan Barnhill, who are both passionate about beautiful, planet positive design. We are working to deliver developments using renewable energy, EPC A-rated and employing Passivhaus principles.
